A Transfer of Resources from Iraq to Afghanistan

Barack Obama outlines his key foreign policy ideas. Will the present administration adjust its policy in line with what Obama says he wants? Or is Obama merely playing ducks and drakes with the Bush government?

Obama's strategy seems to present rationality to the American people. However he seems to me to be treating the American wars like a game of chess. He is trying to checkmate the Bush administration and also to put John McCain offside. There is no evidence of anti-war principle here in my opinion.
